Matrix Question Type

If you would like to gather feedback on a specific topic touching different areas with fixed options, matrix question would be an ideal question type for you to do so.

 

 

  • You can add a matrix question from the common questions lists while creating your flow.
  • You can enter the rows and the columns one by one or in bulk using the Add Collective Option button, depending on your choice. You can also edit or delete the options whenever you want afterwards.

  • If you would like to make the question a required one, you can do so by clicking the gear icon of the question and enabling the toggle from the Advanced Settings tab.
  • From the settings, you can also manipulate the option keys for internal usage. For example, while a respondent might choose "neutral", you can type the key as "passive" to have the feedback show up as Passive in your reports.
  • The rows and columns can be dragged and dropped by clicking and holding down the three horizontal lines next to them. They support emojis.
