CSAT(Sentiment) Question Type
CSAT question allows you to measure Satisfaction.
CSAT questions are designed to gauge how satisfied customers are with a product, service, or experience.
CSAT questions often use a scale for respondents to indicate their level of satisfaction, typically ranging from very satisfied to very dissatisfied.
To add this question type to your flow, simply click CSAT from the question menu on the left of the flow creation screen.

The question will be add the to your survey as below.

A scale that uses emojis to express satisfaction levels. For example:
- 😞 Very Dissatisfied
- 😕 Dissatisfied
- 😐 Neutral
- 🙂 Satisfied
- 😊 Very Satisfied
You can then write the question text as you wish.

In the Advanced Settings, you can make CSAT question required question, which means the question must be answered in order to proceed the flow.

- Required Question: Prevents the completion of the survey without answering the question.
- Default Option: The designated option comes pre-selected.
- Layout Style: Determines whether the options are arranged horizontally or vertically.
