How to Access
To add a CATI Chart to a report:
- Go to the Reporting tab.
- Add a chart to an existing dashboard or create a new dashboard.
- Select CATI Chart from Table Charts.
What You Can Do Here
Create a CATI Chart
Create a CATI Chart to view CATI call data in your report.
- Go to the Reporting tab.
- Add a chart to an existing dashboard or create a new dashboard.
- Select CATI Chart from Table Charts.
- Click Create Chart.
The CATI Chart appears in your report and displays the available CATI call data.

You can use the available filters to focus the chart on specific channels or flows.
- Select Channel from Filters.
- Select Flows from Filters.
The chart displays CATI call data based on the selected filters.
You can also use the date function on the Pisano platform to view CATI call data for a specific reporting period. In order to do it:
- Use the date function on the Pisano platform.
- Select the desired date period.
The CATI Chart displays data for the selected period.

- You can use the date function to view daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
