Whatsapp Channel Overview

The WhatsApp Channel in Pisano allows you to share surveys with customers via WhatsApp. By integrating with a WhatsApp provider and using permissioned contact lists, you can send targeted survey links efficiently. While it supports one-way survey distribution, you can manage message quotas and track responses effectively.

By integrating with a WhatsApp provider, you can communicate with your customers through Pisano.

You can communicate with your customers who have given permission to receive communications from you through your WhatsApp Business line and collect their feedback.

In order for us to communicate via WhatsApp, there needs to be a provider, and permissioned data, known as "Whitelist," must be collected through the number associated with this provider.

Customers who meet these two steps can benefit from our WhatsApp channel feature.

WhatsApp is not a two-way communication channel; it allows you to send your surveys via WhatsApp but does not provide a channel for messaging with your customers.

Data transfer can be done via Pisano through channels like API, importing data through workflows, or channels such as database or FTP integration, similar to other channels.

You can determine the message, select the provider, define your target audience, and send it.
