What Type Of Questions Can be Used in Flows?
Pisano provides you with different question types to create your flows. You can customize your flows depending on the type of feedback and/or data you would like to gather and analyze from your customers.
The question types you can find in Pisano Flows can be found below.
CSAT/Sentiment is a question type where customers can share their satisfaction level. The scaling for this is 5 by default and weight is gauged by 100. For example:
5- Very Good - 100 Points
4- Good - 75 Points
3- Neutral - 50 Points
2- Bad - 25 Points
1- Very Bad - 0 Points
You can customize the weights according to your preferences.
NPS measures the loyalty level of your customers by asking how likely are they to recommend your brand/organization to their close friends/family.
9-10 score means promoter,
7-8 score means passives,
0-6 score mans detractors.
Single Select is one of our favorite question types for root cause analysis which allows respondents to select only one option.
Multi-Select allows respondents to select more than one options. Multi-select enables you to discover what drives your customer to recommend your brand to their close friends & family as well as identify more reasons for their dissatisfaction on your service/product.
Short/Long Text allows customers to share their experience/comments in detail.
Drop down is easy to use especially when it is hard to fit all the question options on a screen. The drop down list also makes it easy for the respondents to quickly select their answers and move on.
Slider allows you to define a score chart to be scored accordingly.
Number enables respondents to answer questions with numeric.
Date enables you to gather information regarding a specific day/month/year.
Agreement question allows you to collect the customer's consent for either personal data processing or permission-based marketing.
Validation allows you to ask customers to validate information. For example, their contact information.
Randomized is good to use when you want the question options to be randomized each time the flow refreshes.
File can be used if you would like your customers to upload files.
Star allows you to collecting scoring by stars.
Web Service allows you to forward your customers to a web site, mobile application of your choosing.
Ranking question type allow customers to order written items based on their preferences.
Weighted Multiple Select allows you to customize each options weight based on your preferences.
Weighted is similar to weighted multiple select but allows choosing of only one option.
Screenshot is used if you would like your customers to capture region(s) of the website to be provided with their feedback.
Matrix You can add matrix question type from the common questions lists while creating your flow. You can enter the rows and the columns one by one or in bulk, depending on your choice.


In additon to these questions, you can also include Personal Info Questions that help you to collect personal data such as age, gender… etc.
Also, Phone Validation enables you to verify that the customer has provided the correct contact number.
