SHORT TEXT
Use this question type when you want responses of a specific length, such as short text answers, civil ID numbers, identification numbers, or store numbers.
Note: A short-text question is mainly treated as a code used for the parameter.
For example, consider the question below asking for an identification number.
You can provide an example of the required characters in the placeholder field by going to Advanced Settings > Placeholder in the question settings, replacing the sample “123456789” with the format you need.
Using the Change Question Type option, you can also set the question type as needed.
The minimum and maximum response lengths define how many characters can be entered.
For example, a Turkish identification number has 11 digits. Accordingly:

Maximum response: 99999999999

Minimum response: 10000000000
These values should be defined in the settings.
TEXTO LARGO
En el tipo de pregunta de texto largo, el cliente tiene la oportunidad de responder de forma abierta.
El análisis de texto funciona sólo para preguntas de texto largo.
Para texto abierto (interpretación, opinión, sugerencia, queja) siempre se recomienda utilizar preguntas de texto largo.
Ejemplo:
NOTA: El análisis de texto solo funciona para preguntas de texto largas. La pregunta de texto breve puede considerarse como un código que se utiliza sólo para los parámetros; siempre es apropiado utilizar una pregunta de texto larga para las respuestas de texto.
