What Is an 'Admin' Authorized to do on Pisano?
'Admin' is the highest role a user can get on Pisano.
Pisano offers the ability to restrict certain features of the platform depending on the user.
The role of 'Admin' is the highest role a user can have in Cloud customer accounts. It is the most flexible and unrestrictive role.
Admin differentiates from the Uber Admin role. Uber Admins have complete access to all features of Pisano, while Admins can access most features, they still have some restrictions compared to an Uber Admin.
Admins have access to all modules in the platform: Reports, Insights, Inbox, Flows, Workflows Channels, Contacts and Settings. Usually, this role is used by team members in the Customer Experience Department and/or Senior Management.
