What Are The User Types?
Pisano supports 7 different user types. CATI Agent, Configurator, Manager, Admin, Employee, Flow Configurator. Their differences are as follows.
Pisano platform consists of 7 different modules: Reports, Insights, Inbox, Flows, Channels, Contacts and Admin. User Types help determine the access rights between users.
CATI Agent: It is the person who fills out the questionnaire by searching about the flow that falls on the screen. It cannot display a screen other than the CATI screen.
Configurator: Can't see customer data and feedback, but can see other screens roles in Pisano that can manage everything by not seeing customer data.
(Can't see customer list and incoming feedback).
Manager: Its powers are limited to the Feedback and Reports module. Thus, it can follow the reports as much as the defined reporting on the real-time platform. Generally, this role is used by branch managers and representatives of channels.
Admin: The user who has all modules open and has the authority to publish real-time changes. Customer experience team managers typically use this role.
Employee: Limited to the Feedback module only. So he can read the incoming feedback. Usually this role is used by employees and only those who will respond to feedback.
Flow Configurator: These users can create flows within the platform, but the created flow must be approved by the administrator, the same applies to updating an existing flow. The stream configurator cannot display other screens.
Agent: Agent can only see feedbacks assigned to them.

When you click on the "Users" tab in the management module, you can see the roles of the users, whether they are active or passive, the channel they are connected to and the last seen date.
Note: User types can be changed by users who are Admin.
We could also create customized user roles by clicking "Add a New Group" button. As it can be seen from the screenshot, we can customize the permissions however we want.

When you turn off "Profile" permission, a user cannot access the notifications settings tab from the its own user control panel.
