Personal Information Questions are question types that make it easier for you to collect your customers' information in flows. When creating a flow, they appear separately from other questions as follows.
Personal Information Questions do not allow free entry of information compared to short text or long text questions and ensure that the information collected is more organized. For example, texts entered other than the phone number in the Phone question, or incomplete addresses in the E-mail question will not be accepted.
