Scoreboard in the Card Chart

 

 

The Scoreboard measure, which was available in the old reporting, has been integrated into the new reporting with a new design to allow users to see the ranking of their own branches in the reports.

With this feature, users who are not Uber Admins in multi-branch structures, such as banks, will be able to easily see their branch's rank among all branches.

 

How It Works

Select the measure called Scoreboard in the Card chart.

The ranking is based on the CSAT result in the survey. The branch with the lowest CSAT score is ranked last.

The chart is generated to display the user's own branch rank by default.

Example: If a branch is ranked 3rd out of 30 branches, it appears as “3/30” in the report.


 

Contribution:

 

  • Sub-level users can see their own performance more clearly.

  • Easy interpretation of rankings in large structures (multi-branch institutions).
