Question-Based Measurement in Graphs
🛠️ What is the Development Purpose?
If a survey contains more than one CSAT, NPS, CES question, you can design the scores of the content shown in your graphs based on either the average score of all feedback or the score of a selected question.
🛠️ What is the Development Purpose?
Previously, if a survey contained multiple CSAT questions (for example, five), the system averaged all CSAT questions and displayed them in the graphs.
Now, as the user, you:
✅ Select a specific CSAT/NPS question in your survey,
✅ You will be able to see the results for that specific question in graphs.
This allows you to analyze each question with a specific CSAT score and more precisely measure user experience across different channels.
🎯 This enhancement allows you to obtain more accurate insights by focusing on specific questions within the flow.
🔍 What's Added?
• A new selection has been added to the Measure field:
- Feedback Based (default)
- Question Based

➡️ If Feedback Based is selected:
- The current operating logic will continue to be used.
➡️ If Question Based is selected:
- The Flow and Question fields will be active.
- Graph calculations will be performed based on the selected questions. (You can select one or more questions)
🧪 Example Usage Scenario
- There are 5 CSAT questions in your survey.
- Current: The average of all of them would be reflected in the graphs as a single CSAT result.
- Now: You can generate graphs using only the scores for the selected CSAT question.
🧠 For example, you can analyze only the scores given to the "Store employee experience" question.
