While the Admin role can access all tabs, the Employee role can access only the Inbox module, and the Manager role can access both Inbox and Reports modules. These can be customized based on your preferences.

- The Channels module lets you set up and activate your channels; such as email, SMS, and mobile channels that will be used to send surveys to your customers.
- The Contacts module lets you see the customers who answered your surveys, the number of surveys answered, and the feedback details.
- The Admin module is only accessible to Admin roles and is used to set up organization structure, platform user activation, automated workflows, and escalation rules.
