Sending Surveys via Mobile Channel and SDK Integration

Pisano can collect customer feedback integrated into the mobile applications used by companies, along with the SDKs it provides.

Your technical team manages at which stage the survey will be presented to the customer using the SDK. For example, you can design it to trigger when a menu is selected within your application or after a certain action is taken.

As specified in the SDK documentation, you can collect feedback both by transmitting customer data and anonymously.
