Indirect Channels

These are types of channels that allow collecting data from sources outside of Pisano and analyzing it within Pisano.

Currently, we have five indirect channels that allow analyzing data collected from outside of Pisano to Pisano: Google Play, App Store, Glassdoor, Trustpilot and Google Maps Reviews.

Feedback is collected from Google Play, App Store, and Şikayet Var, Glassdoor, Trustpilot and Google Maps Reviews. platforms and transferred to Pisano for reporting.

The difference of indirect channels from existing channels is that the flows are not conducted by Pisano.

Another difference of indirect channels from normal channels is that when we create the channel, an automatic flow is formed.

For example, when we create a channel named "Google Play Canada Feedbacks" under Google Play channel, a "Google Play Canada Feedbacks - Google Play" flow immediately appears in the active flows tab, and the fields within the flow consist of fields specific to Google Play.

 

Certain fields need to be triggered by Pisano APIs. After creating the channel, configurations are being done.

The necessary definitions to be made are:

  • Node ID
  • Flow ID
  • Pisano Webhook URL
  • Flow ID
  • Pisano API token

Data in these fields is sent by triggering our APIs. Once the data is forwarded to the Pisano authority, configurations begin to be made.


 

Later configurations are done in the Pull screens. For this, Pisano needs two pieces of information: Node ID and Flow ID.

It should be configured whether the data will be transferred at specific intervals or once a day.

In the feedback module, data can be filtered and retrieved from these channel types. You can view which country the feedback is from, the date it was left, the image of the person leaving the feedback, the comment, links related to that comment, date, and country information. A separate language should be created for each language combination.  

There are daily limits on the number of feedback that can be pulled: 750 from Google Play and 500 from the App Store in a single instance.

There is no limit for Şikayet Var.
