Follow the steps below:
- Press and hold the home button, the power button, and the volume down button for more than 30 seconds.
- When the Warning Screen appears, release the buttons.
- Immediately after releasing the buttons, press and hold the volume down button.
- Continue to hold the volume down button until the device finishes restarting.
- Release the volume down button when you see Samsung Home Page on your device.
Please follow the steps below to check your Wi-fi connection after the reset;
- From home, tap Apps > Settings >Wi-fi.
- Connect to a secure, password-protected wi-fi connection, press the power button, and then restart.
- The Pisano activation screen will automatically come after the tablet restarts.
