How Can I Reset The Tablet?

Press and hold the home button, the power button, and the volume down button for more than 30 seconds.
When the Warning Screen appears, release the buttons.
Immediately after releasing the buttons, press and hold the volume down button.
Continue to hold the volume down button until the device finishes restarting.
Release the volume down button when you see Samsung Home Page on your device.

Please follow the steps below to check your Wi-fi connection after the reset;

From home, tap Apps > Settings >Wi-fi.
Connect to a secure, password-protected wi-fi connection, press the power button, and then restart.
The Pisano activation screen will automatically come after the tablet restarts.
