Pisano allows you to include many parameters in your questions by using 
signs in the texts you add to your flows.
For this function to work, there must be an integration between the data collection system you are using and Pisano. Thanks to this integration, Pisano will be able to take the data you want and place it in the question.
For example; If the customer specifies their name before starting a flow, you can use the 
input to make the questions you ask more personal.
With the same logic, you can ask the customer about their experience on a specific date, using an input such as 
in your question.
Make sure that the text in parentheses is the same as the data that comes with the integration. For example, if the date information comes from the system you are using as CREATEDATE_TEXT, it should also be in the form of 
in Pisano.
