Flow Pages

Survey questions can be added on the same page or across different pages. There are four types of pages. When you click the “Add Page” button on the right side of the flow creation page, the available page types appear.

  • Simple Flow Page: This is the generic flow page and allows you to add any type of question.

  • Thank You Page with Chat Redirect: Designed to redirect respondents to a chat after completing the survey.

  • Thank You Page: Used at the end of a survey to let respondents know they’ve completed the process. With this page, you can notify customers about campaigns, direct them to your website, or prompt them to download your mobile app.

  • Page with Randomized Questions: This feature randomizes the order of answer options to prevent over-selection of the same choices.
