The e-mail channel allows you to place your survey flow as a link in the E-mail template you created, and the Link channel allows you to collect feedback by using the survey flow you have created in any internet environment. An E-mail channel is the ability to automatically send your surveys via e-mail to the people or groups of people you specify, an e-mail server (provider) provides this. The e-mail addresses to be sent with the CSV file can be uploaded to the server.
