One of the question types you will use the most in your flow is the dropdown question type. To add this question type to your flow, simply click Dropdown Question from the question menu on the left of the flow creation screen.
The question will be add the to your survey as below.
After adding the question to your survey, you can write the question text as you wish.
Below, you can see a few examples of dropdown questions.
- Please select your country from the dropdown menu.
- How often do you use our services?
- Please select your age group from the dropdown menu.
The question will appear in the survey as follows.
In the Advanced Settings, you can make Dropdown question required question, which means the question must be answered in order to proceed the flow.
