Customizing Thank You Pages

The Thank You page is the final touchpoint of your survey. This feature allows you to change this final page into a marketing tool. You can add text, links, QR codes, images, and emojis.

How to Access

  1. Click Main dashboard.

  2. Click Flows.

  3. Select Add or edit flow.

  4. Add Thank you page.

Locate and Add New Elements

Find components and place them onto your layout.

Look at the right panel under Flow Pages.

Select or create your Thank You Page. A thumbs-up canvas icon indicates this option.

Look at the left panel under Buttons.

Find your desired components.

Click or drag these components into your center canvas layout.

The main workspace updates. Your selected components appear in the Thank You page layout.

Notes / Tips / Warnings

Available components include Text, QR Code, Footer, and Gauge. Use the Gauge component to display scores or metrics.

Add Images, Emojis, Links, and Text with the Text Element

The Text component allows you to add custom written content to your page.

  • Standard Use: Use it to write a sincere closing message, share contact information, or outline what happens next with the respondent's feedback.
  • Optional Marketing Use: If you want to drive post-survey actions, you can use this block to share an exclusive promotional code, direct users to your website, or invite them to check out a new product.
The Image Button (🖼️)

Located on the element toolbar, the Image Uploader lets you add visuals to your text blocks.

  • Standard Use: Upload your company logo or a simple, branded "Thank You" graphic to keep the survey looking professional and aligned with your corporate identity.
  • Optional Marketing Use: You can choose to upload a promotional banner graphic, an advertisement for an upcoming event, or a visual coupon to grab the user's attention.
The Emoji Button (😊)

The integrated Emoji Picker on the element toolbar gives you instant access to a full tray of expressive icons.

  • Standard Use: If it fits your brand's voice, adding a simple 🙏 or ✨ can make a standard thank-you message feel warmer, friendlier, and more human.
  • Optional Marketing Use: Use themed emojis (like 🎉, 🛍️, or 🎁) to highlight a special offer or discount code, drawing the eye directly to your call to action.

Adding QR Codes

Adding a QR code directly on your thank you page allows you to:

  1. Connect physical locations to digital actions.

  2. Insert a QR Code component into the canvas.

  3. Choose to generate a dynamic or static code.

  4. Link the code to an iOS or Google Play app download.

  5. Link the code to digital registration forms for loyalty programs.

  6. Link the code to a contact card for support hotlines or WhatsApp.

Users scan the code on their screen. They instantly access digital actions from offline or desktop channels.

Adding Footer

The Footer component places a clean, anchored content block at the very bottom of your Thank You page layout.

  • Standard Use: This is typically used to display necessary compliance or corporate information, such as your company’s copyright notice, privacy policy, terms of service, or a standard brand signature.
  • Optional Marketing Use: If you want to utilize this space for subtle engagement, you can include links to your main website, social media icons, or your brand's tagline. This keeps secondary marketing channels accessible without cluttering or distracting from the main message above.

Example Use Cases

1. Drive Traffic with Text & Hyperlinks (➔)

  • Promo Codes & Discounts: Thank customers for their feedback by providing a unique discount code directly in the text block.
  • External Redirects: Use the link/arrow action icon to guide users to a specific landing page, a new product launch, or your blog.
  • Social Media Expansion: Insert text links inviting them to follow your official brand channels (e.g., "Follow us on Instagram for daily updates!").

2. Bridge Offline and Online with QR Codes

  • App Downloads: If the Flow is completed on a desktop or kiosk, display a QR code linking directly to the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Loyalty Program Sign-ups: Direct users straight to a digital registration form to join your loyalty network.
  • Contactless Contact Cards (vCard): Let customers instantly save your customer support hotline or WhatsApp Business contact straight to their mobile devices.

3. Visual Storytelling with Images (🖼️)

  • Banner Ads & Campaigns: Upload high-quality banners displaying your current seasonal sales or upcoming events.
  • Brand Recall: Use custom thank-you graphics that match your precise brand guidelines, leaving a lasting, professional visual impression.

4. Humanize Copy with Emojis (😊)

  • Micro-Copy Engagement: Use the integrated emoji selector to add warmth to your text. A simple ✨, 🎉, or 🙏 can significantly soften technical copy, aligning the experience with your brand's unique voice and making respondents feel genuinely appreciated.

Respondents have high engagement levels immediately after completing a flow. Place your most important marketing action at the very top. Place it just below your initial message. Stick to one primary goal. Avoid cluttering the page with too many calls to action.
