What to Do When You Cannot See Specific Feedback?
If you think you're getting feedback but don't see it in the Inbox module, you should check your filters.
In the feedback screen, various filters are used to categorize and narrow data.
- Make sure your status filters are selected correctly. If you do not know the status of the feedback you are looking for, select All.

- If your status filters are correct, click the Filter button and click Clear All.
