Can I Limit Collecting Feedbacks?
After reaching a certain number of feedbacks on the flow you created over Pisano, you can stop collecting feedback.
For this, you can follow these methods:
- Can be done with quota
- Can be done with block multiple feedback from the same link
- In the channel settings
-Working Hours
-Active Date Range
- Blocking on Link Channel
- Link measurement setting in the SMS channel
1) Quota
After creating your flow, go to the "Quota" tab under the Settings menu on the flow editing screen.

You can write the quota limit you want to set in this field. Ex. 1000
You can write the message you want to show when the specified quota is full in the "Message" section at the bottom.
For example; Thank you for your attention. Sufficient participation has been provided in our survey.
2) RESTRICT MULTIPLE FEEDBACK FROM THE SAME CUSTOMIZE LINK
After creating your flow, go to the "Restrict Multiple Feedback from the Same Customized Link" tab under the Settings menu on the stream editing screens.

3) CHANNEL SETTINGS
WORKING HOURS
Go to channel settings to the Advanced Settings section, we determine the time interval that we want our flow to be active from the opening hours section.

You can select custom and determine the time intervals you want the stream to be active and collect feedback only at these time intervals.

ACTIVATION DATE RANGE
Channels > Settings > You can determine the date range you want your flow to be active from the Activation Date Range section at the bottom in the Advanced Settings section, you can only collect feedback in that date range.


4) LINK CHANNEL > Prevent multiple feedback from the same customer
Link Channels > Related Link Channel > Deploy > Advanced Settings > Prevent multiple feedback from the same customer
You can prevent receiving feedback by Deploy > Advanced Options > Prevent multiple feedback from the same customer
NOTE: This feature works based on the browser. Feedback can be left again if entered from a different browser.
The delay time specifies the time required for another feedback after feedback. You can specify in minutes.

5) SMS CHANNEL LINK MEASUREMENT SETTING
By clicking on Sms Channel > Settings > Advanced Settings you can determine the time to respond to SMS from the SMS Link Timeout section at the bottom. ( The connection transmitted after this time envelope will be timed out.
