Advanced Comparative Table & Formatting Rules
With this enhancement, you can report a single measure value in a table chart across two different comparison metrics simultaneously, and highlight data using coloring features based on specific performance criteria.
Features:
-
With the table chart, multi-dimensional analysis will be possible by selecting a maximum of 2 comparison metrics and a single measure value.
-
The table automatically calculates the total or average value based on the selected measure type:
-
Total → For numerical measures such as Feedback Count, Response Count.
-
Average → For performance metrics such as NPS, CSAT, Sentiment, Chat Score, Action Time.
-
-
The first selected compare is positioned on the X-axis, and the second selected compare is positioned on the Y-axis.
-
You can automatically color the table cells based on specific value ranges using the Formatting Rules located in the Theme tab.
-
Similar to conditional formatting logic in Excel, operators like <, >, <=, >=, = have been added.
-
You can define different colors by entering desired threshold values.
-
You can add, delete, or edit multiple rules.
-
Row totals are excluded from automatic coloring.
