Using NPS Tagging Task in Workflows

The NPS Tagging task lets you automatically classify NPS responses as Detractor, Passive, or Promoter and apply the corresponding tags within a workflow.

How to Access

To add the NPS Tagging task to a workflow:

  1. Click Workflow.
  2. Select the relevant workflow.
  3. Click Add Task.
  4. Select NPS Tagging.

You are now in the NPS Tagging Task.

What You Can Do Here

Add NPS Tagging to a Workflow

Add the NPS Tagging task to a workflow to automatically classify relevant NPS responses and apply the corresponding tags.

  1. Click Workflow.
  2. Select the relevant workflow.
  3. Click Add Task.
  4. Select NPS Tagging.

  1. Enter the tag name for Detractor responses.
  2. Enter the tag name for Passive responses.
  3. Enter the tag name for Promoter responses.

The specified names are used for the corresponding NPS response tags.

The NPS Tagging task is added to the workflow.

Notes

  • All configuration fields are optional.
  • If a configuration field is left blank, the system uses its default value.

Select a Tag Group

Select an existing Tag Group to organize the NPS tags created by the task.

  1. Open the NPS Tagging task.
  2. Select an existing Tag Group.

The NPS tags are organized under the selected Tag Group.

Notes

  • If you do not select a Tag Group, the system automatically groups the tags under NPS Segments.

Limits and Notes

  • The NPS Tagging Task can be used together with conditions defined in the workflow.
  • If a condition is defined, only feedback that meets the condition is tagged.
  • If no condition is defined, all relevant NPS responses within the workflow scope are tagged.
  • If no Tag Group is selected, the system uses NPS Segments as the Tag Group.
  • If a tag name is left blank, the system uses the default tag name.

FAQs

Can I customize the NPS tag names?

Yes. You can define custom tag names for Detractor, Passive, and Promoter responses. For example, you can rename Detractor to Dissatisfied Customer.

What happens if I do not select a Tag Group?

The system automatically groups the NPS tags under the NPS Segments group.

Can I use conditions with the NPS Tagging Task?

Yes. If a condition is defined in the workflow, only feedback that meets the condition is tagged. If no condition is defined, all relevant NPS responses within the workflow scope are tagged.
