How to Access
To access the Distribution Statistic Export task:
- Open the Main Dashboard.
- Click Automation.
- Open the Workflow tab.
What You Can Do Here
Create a Distribution Statistic Export task Task and Select a Dispatch Schema
You can select a Dispatch Schema when configuring a Distribution Statistic Export task. This lets you report completed sends using dispatch level fields.
- Open the Workflow tab.
- Click Add.
- Click Automation.
- Click Add Task.
- Select the Distribution Statistic Export task.
- Locate the Dispatch Schema dropdown.
- Select the required Dispatch Schema.
The selected Dispatch Schema is used to report data based on dispatch level fields.
Notes
- To report a Customer Schema field, you must first create a Dispatch Schema Type with the same name as the Customer Schema field.
- After creating the matching Dispatch Schema Type, select the corresponding Dispatch Schema from the Dispatch Schema dropdown.
- In the exported CSV file, fields from the Dispatch Schema are identified as dispatch.
- Fields from the Customer Schema are identified as customer.
Limits and Notes
- A Dispatch Schema Type with the same name as a Customer Schema field must be created before that Customer Schema field can be reported.
- The corresponding Dispatch Schema must then be selected from the Dispatch Schema dropdown in the Distribution Statistic Export task.
- Distribution Statistic Export supports reporting based on both Dispatch Schema and Customer Schema fields.
