The screen below can only be accessed by a user with 'Admin' authority through Settings> Account Settings > FTP Account. You can leave the feedback collected daily in your account defined in CSV format in the FTP area you will specify. The fields required for configuration are:
- FTP Server address
- FTP User Name
- FTP User Password
