Link Channel
Link Channel helps you easily collect feedback from digital and physical employee touchpoints.
After creating the link channel, you can assign a flow you have prepared to the channel and create a link to collect feedback. You can use this link in your own e-mail or SMS communication or create a QR Code via Pisano EX.
If you want to have customized content for each user, you can load the user list into Pisano EX and download an XLS file with customized long and/or short links.
You can create a channel by selecting Channels > Link Channels > Add and choosing the channel name, language, working hours, etc. that suits you.
After creating a channel, you can view your channel on the link channels page. You can start collecting feedback on the channel by adding a flow to the channel and generating a QR code or short link.
