Impact Simulator

Impact Simulator estimates future NPS score based on previous and present experiences of the customers. With the help of the simulator, “3 Months, 6 Months and 1 Year” NPS score is estimated.

Impact Simulator uses advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to forecast future scores based on past NPS data. The predicted score's accuracy increases with the amount of previous data available. The top 10 tags with the most feedback are displayed in the simulator. Additionally, the user himself/herself can choose in the label filter. The impact on the overall NPS score depends on the weight of the feedback. The impact is calculated by weight since there are variations in the quantity of feedbacks for each tag. The table below indicates the actual NPS score for the chosen month which is shown in green and the predicted NPS scores for the subsequent months are shown in blue. The estimated period in the example below is set to six months, and the table shows the predicted NPS Score for the following six months starting from the current month.
