If you want to communicate with someone specifically about the feedback, you can use the tagging method:
"@relevant person's e-mail address",
you enable the person to receive the note you left by e-mail.
Note: In order to avoid confusion between the "Add Internal Note" option and the "Reply to the Customer" option, the color of the internal correspondence is designed as orange. You may want to check your message before sending it.
