How Can I Delete Meaningless Feedback?
Not all feedback you receive may be meaningful. You can prevent this feedback from affecting your reports by marking it as spam or deleting it.
You may be collecting feedback from various channels, and some of that feedback may not be relevant to your customer experience research.
Leaving such feedback may have a negative impact on your reports. If you wish to manually handle this feedback, you can mark it as spam or delete it entirely. On the right pane, you can find the buttons to execute these functions for each individual feedback entry.

If you mark your feedback as Spam, it will not affect your reports but still, be accessible via the Spam filter in the inbox. If you prefer to delete the feedback, it will be completely removed from the system and will not be possible to be viewed later.
