GEO Map Location Hierarchy - ‘State’ Layer
Use of the state-city feature in the GEO map location hierarchy;
🧭 New Location Breakdown:
Continent → Country → State → City
With this structure, state > city breakdowns are now supported, enabling more accurate drill-down analyses. This provides a much more meaningful visualization, especially for countries like the United States, where cities alone are often not sufficient for clear geographical insights. 📊
🛠️ How to Use It?
An optional “State” field has been added to the unit definition screen for countries that require a state definition (currently only the United States). When the country “United States” is selected, the State field becomes visible.

Support for the “State” layer has been added to the GEO Map interface.
