Emojis that appear next to the customer's name in your Inbox represents Sentiment Analyzer.
Pisano examines whether a text has positive, negative, or neutral content by analyzing the answers to open-ended text questions. Then, it determines a score between -1 and 1 according to the number of these words and the frequency of use.
This score is reflected in the Inbox as emojis that appear next to the customer's name. You can see the calculated score by hovering your mouse over the emoji.
