Create Inbox Rules

You can create rules that automatically categorize incoming feedback.

  1. Open Inbox Rules.
  2. Click Create Rule.
  3. Enter a rule name.
  4. Configure the rule conditions.
  5. Save the rule.
Result

Incoming feedback matching the configured conditions is processed automatically.


Configure Badges and Color Highlighting

Rules can assign badges and apply color highlighting to matching feedback.

  1. Select the desired Action Type.
  2. Choose a badge or highlight color.
  3. Save the rule.

  1. Select the target question.
  2. Choose an operator.
  3. Enter or select the comparison value.
  4. Add additional conditions if needed.
  5. Save the rule.
