Integrations & Migration 

  • Qualtrics Migration – Duplicate Key Handling 
    During Qualtrics flow migration, questions containing duplicate keys are now automatically skipped to prevent import errors and ensure data integrity.  
  • Migration Task Auto Tagging 
    A new feature has been added to automatically tag migration tasks, helping teams track and manage migration-related activities more efficiently.  
  • Question-Based & Feedback-Based Filtering for CES 
    Users can now filter Customer Effort Score (CES) results either by individual question or based on entire feedback sessions, enabling more precise analysis of effort-related insights.  
  • Show Feedback Count on Top of Widgets 
    The total feedback count is now displayed on top of each widget in SmartDCC, available on both backend and frontend, providing users with instant visibility into feedback volume per widget.

Feature Enhancements & Integrations 

  • Reporting Limit Criteria Addition 
    Advanced score-based filtering has been added to all major chart types including Trend, Bar, Pie, Scatter, Heat Map, Tree Map, and Table. When NPS, CSAT, CES, Sentiment, or Weighted Score is selected as a measure, users can apply min/max thresholds to filter chart results accordingly. If multiple measures are selected, each is filtered and sorted independently based on its own score range or count.
  • Upload Logo Define Header & Description on Reports 
    Users can now upload their own logos and define header and desription into the report. This improves customization and branding for client-facing dashboards. 
  • Gauge Chart Color Customization 
    We have added a new chart supporting color and split line. Gauge charts now support custom color selection for each range or threshold, enabling more visual flexibility.
  • Categorical Question Filtering 
    A new structure has been introduced for multiple-choice (categorical) questions, allowing all selected options—excluding the "default text" option—to dynamically populate the answer choices of the next question. This enhancement supports chained logic between questions, enabling more interactive and personalized survey flows.
  • Flow Language in Workflow Tasks 
    The language of the selected flow has been set in the related workflow. This ensures message content aligns with the language of the original feedback flow.

Feature Enhancements & Integrations 

  • ScoreBoard Measure Added to Card Chart 
    A new measure called ScoreBoard has been added to the Card Chart on both front-end and back-end. 
    This measure works with the same logic as in previous version: it ranks all branches based on positivity scores and highlights the position of the user's own branch. This provides users with a clearer benchmark of their branch's performance. 
  • Configurable Character Limit for AI Text Analytics 
    The previous default of 30 characters for triggering AI text analysis has been replaced with a configurable minimum input field. 
    Account → Advanced Settings (visible when Advanced Text Analytics is enabled). 
  • New Percentage Calculation for Charts 
    A new calculation method named "Category Percentage" has been introduced for Bar Charts. It normalizes percentages within each category, rather than across all data points. 
  • Custom Validation for Multiple Numeric Fields 
    A new enhancement has been added to the Numeric Question type that allows for multiple input fields to be defined within a single question, without needing to create a new question type. 
  • Improved Flow Filter Indexing Performance in Inbox 
    The performance of Flow-based filtering within the Inbox module has been significantly improved through backend indexing optimizations.

  • 2-Way SMS Integration 
    Integrated a 2-way SMS message provider and enabled support for SMS channel responses, improving communication loops through SMS. 
  • Workflow Operator for Long Text Questions 
    A new operator has been added to workflows to handle long text question types, allowing advanced condition logic based on extended responses.  
  • Sharing Inbox Action Log  
    A new task type has been added to workflows to send some feedback actions like archived, read, forwarded to another unit etc. logs.

    Resolved an issue where the filter bar did not properly snap to the page when scrolling or resizing. This ensures a smoother user experience when navigating long pages.

  • Data Label Improvements: Enhancements were made to improve the display and clarity of data labels across charts.  
  • Min Chart Sizing on Dashboards: Minimum sizing rules were implemented to ensure better layout and visibility in dashboard charts.  
  • Max-Min Value Support on Axis: Max-Min limit settings have been added to Bar and Trend charts to allow better data scaling.  
  • New Measure on Tree Map 2: A new measurement metric has been introduced to Tree Map 2, expanding its analytical capabilities.

  • CSV File Transfer to S3: A new task has been added to automate transferring CSV files to AWS S3 for external storage or processing.

  • Database Feedback Import (Workflow): Feedback entries can now be imported directly from a database as part of automated workflows.  
  • StoreForce Integration on Workflow: For push report metric full integration with Storeforce and adaptive other system. 

Organizational Data Structure 

  • Location Hierarchy Update: A predefined state-level location hierarchy has been added to the unit definition module and geo map.   

Localization 

  • Settings Localization Enhancements: UI labels and user preferences in Settings have been improved with expanded localization support.

  • New Chart Type – Star Chart: A Star Chart has been added on both back-end and front-end to support new data visualizations. 
  • Gauge Chart Scaling: Min and Max value settings can now be applied to the Gauge Chart for better scaling control. 
  • PDF Export for Dashboard: Dashboards can now be exported as PDF directly from the reporting module. 
  • New Question Type – CES: A new CES (Customer Effort Score) question type and scoring logic has been introduced. 
  • Storage Download Task: A new workflow task type called Storage Download allows downloading files directly from storage services. 
  • Retry Option for Failed Workflows: A retry button is now available for tasks with failed status in the workflow interface. 
  • Email Content: When using a custom email template, the first question and its options are now displayed directly in the email body.

  • Separated Reporting Views: Reporting has improved with a clear separation between question-based and feedback-based data views.
