How Can I Manually Assign Feedback To A Team?
Some customer feedback/requests are not related to your department and need to be delegated to another team. In Inbox, you can manually assign these feedback/requests to other business units in your organization.
Most of the time, certain feedback requires a team to respond in an appropriate time and manner. In such cases, manual assignment enables faster team collaboration in resolving customer feedback issues.
You can manually assign feedback by clicking Forward to Another Unit on the right pane and selecting the related team.
