FAQ

Are the prices listed in the financial proposal inclusive of taxes?

No. All prices outlined in the proposal are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Taxes, duties, or governmental charges will be applied in accordance with local regulations and invoiced separately where applicable.

When are the service fees invoiced?

All professional and service-related fees are invoiced upon contract signing. These fees are one-time charges applicable only to the first subscription year.

How are platform license fees billed?

Platform package license fees are billed on an annual basis. The subscription period begins on the contract signing date and continues for the agreed term.

Are there any limitations on users, surveys, or feedback volume?

No. Pisano platform package licenses include unlimited users, surveys, feedback responses, and dashboards within the scope of the licensed package.

Where will the platform be hosted?

The Pisano platform can be hosted in the customer’s preferred region. Pisano operates across multiple regions, including North America  Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. The hosting region is selected based on the customer’s data residency, compliance, and operational requirements and is confirmed at the time of contracting.

Will we have a dedicated point of contact during the subscription?

Yes. The Customer will be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Account Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire subscription period.

How does Pisano protect your personal data? Pisano's  data protection policy is reachable under DPA.
