ELC Score

ELC Score, which stands for Employee Life Cycle Score, forms the foundation of Employee Experience (EX).

The ELC, or Employee Life Cycle Score, can be summarized as the average of the scores obtained by an employee in surveys sent at certain intervals or based on certain events from the time they start a job until they leave it.

It ranges from 1 to 100 and can vary dynamically based on surveys sent to employees.

For instance, surveys that a newly hired employee needs to respond to will differ from those for an employee who receives a promotion. Since each employee's life cycle and experience are unique, the ELC score can vary accordingly. The responses to the surveys sent also immediately affect this score, and the ELC score is dynamically updated. Thus, there is no need to wait for a survey period to determine the current score of employees. Each employee's score can be determined in relation to their job experience on an individual basis.
