CATI Call-End Codes

You can control your call pool more effectively with the codes chosen by your employees at the end of a CATI call.

After CATI calls, Pisano asks you to choose a code according to the conversation. These codes have specific functions.

After ending the call, the screen where you can select the status of the call opens on the right panel of the screen.
