Numeric Value in Reports

After selecting the Numeric Value, you can select the data as you wish. Let's say you want to show the CSAT score as shown below.

If you want to show the CSAT score across a flow (survey), you can filter the flow from the ''Filter'' section and select the flow (survey) as you wish.

If there is a CSAT question in the flow you selected, the result you will get is the CSAT score of the selected flow.

If there is more than one CSAT question in the flow and you want to show the CSAT score by questions separately, you must also select the question as shown below.

In the same way as creating the CSAT report we can follow the same steps for NPS and Feedback Count. For example; if you select Feedback Count and don't select a flow name, you will see all the data for all the flows in the account. If you select a flow, the feedback count will only appear for the selected flow.
