Pisano uses text analysis to automatically tag feedback with relevant tags. You can train this algorithm to increase accuracy.
Pisano uses machine learning for intelligent tags to provide a better analysis of the feedback you collect.
Intelligent tags appear with a lightbulb under the feedback. After opening a feedback in the Inbox, you can find the intelligent tags on the right pane. You can remove any of the tags by clicking on the "X" or you can add or remove any of them by clicking on the lightbulb icon.
To increase the accuracy of the intelligent tags, you can provide additional input to the system. Pisano uses an algorithm that can be trained depending on the input you provide.
- To train the algorithm, go to Admin > Account Settings > Intelligent tags.

- Click on "Training" and select "Create Tag Training" from the upper right corner.

- Enter the name of the tag you wish to see on your feedback into the "Tag Name" section.
- Name the Tag group this intelligent tag will belong to.
- Select the language and the channels in which this intelligent tag will work in. You can choose as many channels as you like.
- Click on the plus button to add your rules.

- Input your rules. Here, the words you put into the "Intelligent Tag Name" section will be the words the algorithm looks for in the feedback. You can decide whether the words need to be mentioned exactly as they are or if it is enough that the feedback contains them.
- By clicking on the No.1 plus button, you can add an "And" rule, meaning the feedback has to fit both rules to be tagged.
- By clicking the No.2 plus button, you can add an "Or" rule, which means the feedback can fit either the first rule or the second one to be tagged.

- After setting your rules, you can simply click "Save" and finish training tags.
