This function allows users to detect and report incomplete feedback
This feature must be enabled for each flow. You can activate it from the Settings page of the flow you want to enable. In addition to the "Allow Customers to Complete Flow Later" function, you can also filter and report with this feature.
This function uses the cookies and cache features of the browsers. It will not work with device and browser changes.
While not mandatory, you can set a text that is appropriate to your company culture for informational purposes for those who fill out the survey.


You can then filter the incomplete feedback separately from the status selections on the Inbox page. If a customer answers a different question and leaves it in half again, the feedback in Pisano is updated. If the same customer completes the feedback, the status of that feedback is updated to "On" or "Archived" and cleared of incomplete status.
For functions such as automated tasks and text analysis to work, a feedback must be completed. The quota function in the flow settings also does not count feedback in incomplete state.

This feedback status can also be used on the reporting, so you can only follow the feedback feature in this scope.
