If you receive dozens of feedbacks from many channels and return to your customers about their feedback, you may make mistakes depending on your intensity. You can take back your wrongly sent messages, such as accidentally sharing the information you want to share with your team with your customer, or making a spelling mistake in the text you sent, within 1 minute and prevent your customer or your team from seeing the wrong message.
Note: The message withdrawal feature is related to the sending of the mail. After 1 minute has passed, your answer will be sent to the customer as an e-mail and you cannot withdraw it.
To do this, you must click on the cross on the message you sent. You will then receive a warning message that this action cannot be undone. When you approve this message, the system withdraws the e-mail to be sent about the reply you gave to your customer.


In this way, you can prevent miscommunication with your customers or your team, or you can convey complete and certain information to them.
