How Can I Create Tags and Tag Groups?

Pisano allows you to create any tag you like while forming them into easy-to-manage groups.

With the Tags and Tag Groups feature provided by Pisano, you can easily categorize your feedback and create comprehensible reports. 

To create your Tags and Tag groups: 

•  Go to Admin > Feedback > Tag groups.
  
  
• Click "Create New Tag Group."
  
  
• Name your Tag Group and click "Create."
  
  
• Your new Tag Group will appear at the very top of the group list. Click "Create New Tag" to start adding your tags. 
  
• Here, you can name your Tag and edit its colors, this way you can easily differentiate it from other tags visually.
  
  
• After clicking "Create" your tag will be added to your group. You can add as many tags as you like.
