With permission options, report panels can be managed quickly and easily across the company.
Reports can be shared with desired roles or users and permissions for viewing, editing, copying, sharing, and deleting can be set while sharing.
In the Reports screen, the authorization interface can be accessed from the menu in the row of any report.

From the pop-up window, roles and users can be managed individually in separate sections.
"Clear All" button removes all selections in both fields.

Viewing
- With this permission, the shared users and roles can view the relevant report panel and charts.
- If only this permission is active, users can only read the data and cannot make changes to data selections.
- They can use unit, channel, and date filters.
- The chart contents change according to the feedback the user has access to.
Editing
- With this permission, the shared users and roles can manage the relevant report panel and charts.
- Any changes they make will be reflected to everyone who has access to this report.
Copying
- With this permission, the shared users and roles can copy the relevant report panel. The authorization of the copied report is not transferred.
Sharing
- Users can share the report panel via PDF or email.
Deleting
After deletion, the report panel will be removed from everyone who has access to it.
