You can use Pisano's Build-In Widgets or create your own widgets to compose a report according to your needs.
- Click on the Reports module on the left menu to create a report.
- From the upper right corner, click on the "List All Reports" button.
- Click on the "Add New Report" button to create a new report.
You can customize your report by choosing widgets according to your needs from the Built-In Widgets or by clicking on the "Create Custom Widget" button.
Once you have decided which data you want to analyze, you'll need to choose the specific visuals to display them with. Pisano has multiple options for data visualization.
The data you want to display may not be suitable for all graphics. For example, the number of feedbacks, NPS, or Satisfaction Score can be observed as Numeric Value, however, they cannot be observed as a Funnel. After selecting your filters (channel, question, answer, tag, etc.) to narrow down the data pool and reach the data you want, you can add the widget to your report by clicking the "Create Widget" button.
The reports you create will only appear on your panel.
You can use the "Share by e-mail" or "Copy This Report to Another User's Panel" button to share the report.
If you use the "Copy This Report to Another User's Panel" feature, you can share your report via e-mail or by selecting the user's profile.
