From Left to Right Tree Chart

The "From Left to Right" variation of tree chart arranges blocks in a left-to-right flow, making it easier to follow the hierarchy and compare data across levels.

From the Chart Selection, select From Left to Right Tree:

Start selecting Value:
Measurement: You can select Feedback Count, NPS, CSAT, Sentiment Score, Weighted Score and Chat Score
Compare: You can select the comparement as Unit, User, Flow, Customer, Question, Tag, Time Period, Channel, Content Category and Feedback

Then you can select further, from what you have chosen on the compare section. 

 Filter:  You can add additional filters, such as tags.

On Customize,

You can set a lower and upper limit for your graphic

On Theme, 

You can set the font and size of your graphic.

When you are satisfied with your choices, simply click on Publish on the top right side of the screen to finish your analysis. You can view your created analysis on your report.
